在本課程結束時,學員能夠具備進行國際交流時需要的基本口語能力:能就休閑類話題進行日常對話,并自然使用交際策略;能就一般話題進行持續3分鐘左右的即興演說,并做到組織條理清晰,連接自然,細節充分;能夠參與抽象類話題的討論與辯論,做到分析復雜情況,在此基礎上發表并支持自己的觀點,并駁斥反觀點。
本課程適用對象:有一定的英語基礎,希望在口語單項上有所突破的學生;以及準備參加雅思、托?荚嚨膶W生。
大學英語口語練習要學會創設多種情景
在練習大學英語口語時,要特別注意大多數口頭表達是與他人交流的。我們很少發表長篇大論,這就是說我們必須培養自己理解別人講話的能力,然后根據我們所聽到的內容做出回答。對話的性質不同,要求的技巧也自然不同。例如:日常交流、敘述、交流看法和觀點等等。平時要模擬不同情景進行練習才會讓你的英語口語有所提升。
積極的大學英語口語教學模式才有效
大學英語口語教學中,要采取積極主動而非被動的方式。如果培訓師在講解一篇材料的同時能夠提出一些問題讓學生們積極主動地用英語參與討論,那么相信學生們的口語水平會提高地更快。例如,培訓師說:"今天我準備給你們描述一個現象。講完之后,我要問你們這個難題應該怎么解決。"這會鼓勵學生們積極認真地聽,在聽的過程中組織語言,進行有邏輯地分析并形成觀點,然后用英語表達出來。
